Trusting Your Intuition – Online Workshop
Dates: February 2024
Online Platform: Zoom
Join Spiritual Director, Stacey Couch, and four other spiritual seekers for a live online six-week workshop on trusting your intuition. We speak about wanting to trust our intuition more, but how do we go about doing this? This workshop is for seekers who want help understanding their intuition better and developing faith in their intuitive abilities. Since this is a small group, each member has time every meeting to share their experiences, receive direct feedback, and get supportive guidance. Intuition is an internal, personal experience, but we also need a non-judgmental and safe place to voice our knowing. Otherwise we easily get confused. This workshop helps you discern between what is intuitive guidance and where you are making things up. You also receive guidance on how to overcome doubt and fear so that you can act on the guidance with more confidence.

For those of you outside the U.S. please keep any time changes you have in mind.
Discussion topics for the group are listed below. Topics and the order of topics are subject to change based on the flow of discussion and energy of the group:
Session 1 – What is Intuition?
We explore our definition of intuition and work together to form a new understanding about intuition, how we receive it, and how it works. Trusting our intuition is easier when we know what it is we are putting our faith in.
Session 2 – Am I Making This Up?
There are many different sources of extrasensory or psychic information, including our own minds. Together we evaluate these sources and help discern what comes from our minds, egos, and other psychic sources, from what comes from an unbiased, spiritual source.
Session 3 – What Gets in the Way?
In this session, we look at what personal and lifestyle obstacles to hearing intuition may be and how to clear them out. Things such as doubt, attachment, and distraction cause us to question our intuitive hits. Stacey offers guidance for working through these challenges.
Session 4 – What is Trust? And am I Missing the Answer?
Together we first define what it means to trust in someone or something, and then we look at where we want to place our trust. When we are having a hard time getting any guidance or answers we may feel like we have lost our connection to our intuitive abilities. Stacey shares why this happens and what you can do.
Session 5 – A Listening Practice
In this session, we discuss ways to set sacred space to allow room for intuition to come through as well as how to listen in the midst of busy days. We set intentions for a regular listening practice and create plans for what we do during our practice.
Session 6 – Time for Action
It is one thing to have intuitive knowing and another to find the courage to act on it. Stacey guides the group through removing barriers to action and introduces the important practice of offering the fruits of your action to the Divine.
This workshop is perfect for you if you:
- Are looking to connect with others from around the world on the spiritual path
- Appreciate the direction of a facilitator who creates a safe container for sharing
- Consider yourself a spiritual seeker
- Would like to learn more your intuition and intuitive abilities
- Want to come into a deeper knowing of the nature of belief and devotion
- Are ready to find belonging with a circle of spiritual seekers
This workshop guided by Stacey provides a safe space for you and other seekers involved in deep spiritual work, Here you have an opportunity to talk, think, listen and feel through what you believe. Knowing what you believe fosters a healthy connection with Source. As you feel more connected, your faith in your intuition grows.
In this day and age, many of us live devout spiritual lives outside of a religious institution. Some don’t visit churches, synagogues, mosques, ashrams, and temples for any number of reasons, and experience the loneliness of being outside a religious community. Others of you may still engage with a community, but find that you don’t quite belong, your beliefs don’t quite align, and that you have to look elsewhere to find answers.
If you feel alone on the spiritual path or simply would like more deep engagement and connection than you currently have in your life, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Talking with others about your interior life can be scary, especially when your experiences are different than those of the people around you. That’s the value of the being in a workshop with Stacey Couch. She provides a safe place to reveal conversations with your soul. Stacey holds a sacred space for you to share, for different ideas to arise, and for kinship and compassion beyond tolerance to grow. Her work is that of guiding you to the knowing that resides in your divinity.
In this workshop, we share our questions and consider possibilities. There is no doctrine, no right answer, and no one person smarter or wiser than the other. We all bring our own life experience and wisdom. In this space it is okay to not have the answers. In fact, that is the gentlest position. Rather than try to answer all of each other’s questions, we explore ideas and sit in wonder, wondering what is and sharing the little slices we each have the privilege to know.
Attendance is Required
Please check your calendars carefully and be sure that you are available to attend each session. Since this workshop is for a small amount of people, your attendance is REQUIRED once you register.
Your participation is key to make this work.
In this digital era people tend to be more casual about online activities. That works really well for the mass presentations with one teacher speaking to hundreds of students online, but for small, intimate discussion groups like we are forming, live attendance is necessary to make this work.
Your fellow seekers need your voice and questions to enrich the experience. Out of respect for your fellow seekers, please don’t fail to show and take up the spot of someone who would have been able to attend and benefit from the discussion.
Please be sure to check your calendars and make sure that the times and dates work for you in your time zone. And be sure to reserve the time in your schedule. The fee for this small group workshop must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
After each workshop, you receive an audio and video recording of the meeting to download via Dropbox. These recordings are available for download for 6 months following the workshop
One week prior to the event, you will receive an email with details on how to attend the event via your computer, mobile device or phone. It is preferred that you attend the event via video conference, but you can also call in by phone.
I so look forward to having you join me in this unique opportunity to develop connection, belonging and belief!
There are no refunds for this workshop once you register. If you do need to cancel and your spot in the workshop is able to be filled, you may receive the option of a refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Full enrollment is required for Stacey to hold this class. If the workshop does not fill, Stacey reserves the right to cancel the workshop and refund your full payment.
