Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to Stacey and she spends time preparing specifically for her time with you. Stacey understands that schedule adjustments are necessary from time to time and this is no trouble. She is glad to work with you to find a new time that works for both of you.
Stacey respectfully requests at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, and even more notice is greatly appreciated. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or you miss your appointment all together, Stacey misses the chance to fill that appointment time. Even more importantly, clients on her waiting list miss the opportunity to receive timely services.
Sessions cannot be cancelled online less than 24 hours prior to the session. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, you must contact Stacey Couch directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. She can be reached via email at info@wildgratitude.com or by phone at 970-903-7180.
Appointments do not receive email reminders. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are fully refundable minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are charged the full session fee (ranging from $160 to $240 depending on the service requested and length of appointment scheduled).
Cancellations or missed appointments due to emergencies or last minute illness may be waived on a case per case basis. You will need to contact Stacey directly and as soon as possible to discuss this option.
On rare occasion, time zone differences can cause confusion over appointment times, especially during changes between daylight savings and standard time. If an appointment is cancelled or missed because of a miscalculation of time zone differences, no fees will apply and Stacey will do everything she can to get you a new appointment time as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If you have paid for a service you have not yet received and you have decided you don’t want to book another time, please contact Stacey directly at info@wildgratitude.com to request a refund.
Requests for a refund must be made within 60 days of payment to receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. In addition, full refunds are only available for appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. After 60 days, your payment can only be used as customer credit towards future services.
Refunds are not available for services already provided.
