Guide to Shamanic Journeying

This guide contains the fundamentals of what you need to know to go on your first shamanic journey.

It includes an instructional video that is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes long. This contains instructions for conducting ceremony to set sacred space by smudging and calling in the directions. Theory on shamanic journeying and how it works is discussed in detail. By the end of the video you’ll have all the information you’ll need to go on your first shamanic journey.

Also included in the guide is a list of materials you need.

The guide has a link to free shamanic drumming tracks of Stacey’s for you to use and download.

Beyond that are links to Stacey’s blog articles about prayers to the directions, video series on spirit animals, and additional resources about shamanic journeying. All of these materials are optional for those of you that have time and are interested in studying further.

• If you have never gone on a shamanic journey before, the video “Instructions for the Shamanic Journey” is required watching PRIOR to your first shamanic mentoring session with Stacey.
• If you have gone on one or more shamanic journeys but it’s been a couple of years, this video will be a helpful refresher and is definitely worth your time.
• If you have a regular journeying practice, please still watch this video before your session. This video introduces you to Stacey’s approach to the shamanic journey which is unique and can add to your existing practice.
