Combine the wisdom of the medicine wheel with the insight of personality archetypes in this small-group, online workshop with Spiritual Advisor and Archetype Analyst Stacey Couch. The medicine wheel is a universal map of the cycles of nature. It maps the seasons of our inner nature. The medicine wheel guides us through important life challenges and grounds us in the fabric all life. In this workshop with only five students, Stacey shares the qualities, stories, and associations with the cardinal directions that are universal to working with the medicine wheel. She guides students through the landscape of personality archetypes, helping you identify which are yours.
The medicine wheel is a brilliant tool for connecting to guidance on a specific challenge in your life. In this Medicine Wheel Workshop, you receive assistance with wording a question or intention around this situation. Then, with Stacey’s assistance, you consider which archetypes are involved and come up with a list to cast into the medicine wheel. Five archetypes are drawn and cast into the wheel and we work together to interpret the symbolism, meaning, guidance that comes.

Workshop Topics
Discussion topics for the workshop are listed below. Topics and the order of topics are subject to change based on the flow of discussion and energy of the group:
Session 1 – Intention & Archetypes
We define an intention for the medicine wheel casting and consider a pool of archetypes that relate to this intention. This workshop includes a PDF list of personality archetypes as well as a PDF of personality archetype cards for you to print and cut out yourself if you’d like. Once the intention and a group of archetypes is selected, Stacey guides you through how to cast the five personality archetypes in the medicine wheel.
Session 2 – Overview of the Medicine Wheel
Stacey walks you through her her refined system for working with the medicine wheel and provides access to her extensive research on the topic. A PDF guide on the Medicine Wheel is provided. In this session, we revisit any questions about your intentions and finalize the casting of your medicine wheel charts.
Session 3 – East: New Beginnings
The reading begins with a look at the archetype that landed in the east positions. We look at how you are at initiating change with this situation in your life and how the archetype involved is both assisting and blocking the new beginning.
Session 4 – South: Bringing to Fruition
The south is about your personal vision of where you’d like to go and how work to become more authentic. The archetype here can both help and hinder your break from cultural norms and your work for the fruition of your dreams.
Session 5 – West: Entering into Service
In the west, we move into the larger question of how you serve others, your purpose, and what you have to offer the world. The archetype here helps you clarify your values and discern what to release and what to keep.
Session 6 – North: Merging with Divinity
The north is a place of unity and surrender. The archetype here gives insights into how you can connect with a greater sense of meaning and how to find the courage to hand yourself over to the Divine plan.
Session 7 – Center: The Heart of the Matter
At the center we find the heart of the matter. The archetype that lands here shows where the main help and obstacles are in regards to your own nature and also the world around you. The archetype in this position gives insight into what is most important to you and to this situation.
Session 8 – Closing
We revisit your original intentions for the wheel and put together a synopsis of the insights of your medicine wheel. Here we take the time to tie up any loose ends and remaining questions. Then we discuss how to apply the wisdom of the medicine wheel in next steps moving forward. Ideas for how to work with the medicine wheel in sacred ceremony are suggested.

Stacey facilitates this workshop from a place of non-judgment. Participants are asked to share feedback with her and their fellow students in a kind and respectful way. Authenticity is celebrated along with diversity. The freedom to explore allows for creativity and fun along the way. This workshop guided by Stacey provides a community for you and other seekers involved in deep transformation. Here you have an opportunity to talk, think, listen and feel through what you are experiencing. Stacey has over 15 years of experience leading groups in spiritual discussion.
Talking with others about your interior life can be scary, especially when your experiences are different than those of the people around you. That’s the value of the being in a workshop with Stacey Couch. She provides a safe place to reveal conversations with your soul. Stacey holds a sacred space for you to share, for different ideas to arise, and for kinship and compassion beyond tolerance to grow. Her work is that of guiding you to the knowing that resides in your divinity.
In this workshop, we share our questions and consider possibilities. There is no doctrine, no right answer, and no one person smarter or wiser than the other. We all bring our own life experience and wisdom. In this space it is okay to not have the answers. In fact, that is the gentlest position. Rather than try to answer all of each other’s questions, we explore ideas and sit in wonder, wondering what is and sharing the little glimpses we each have the privilege to know.

Please check your calendars carefully and be sure that you are available to attend each session. Since this workshop is for a small amount of people, your attendance is REQUIREDÂ once you register.

In this digital era people tend to be more casual about online activities. That works really well for the mass presentations with one teacher speaking to hundreds of students online, but for small, intimate discussion groups like we are forming, live attendance is necessary to make this work.
Your fellow seekers need your voice and questions to enrich the experience. Out of respect for your fellow seekers, please don’t fail to show and take up the spot of someone who would have been able to attend and benefit from the discussion.
Please be sure to check your calendars and make sure that the times and dates work for you in your time zone. And be sure to reserve the time in your schedule. The fee for this small group workshop must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
After each workshop, you receive an audio recording of the meeting to download via Dropbox. Recordings are available within 24-hours after each session. These recordings are available for download for 6 months following the workshop. If all students consent to video recording, video recordings will also be made available. Please note, that you need to attend a live session and meet your fellow students before you receive the link to the recordings.
One week prior to the event, you will receive an email with details on how to attend the event via your computer, mobile device or phone. It is preferred that you attend the event via video conference, but you can also call in by phone.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for this workshop once you register unless your space can be filled. If you need to cancel and your spot in the workshop is able to be filled, you may receive the option of a refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Full enrollment is required for Stacey to hold this class. If the workshop does not fill, Stacey reserves the right to cancel the workshop and refund your full payment.
